Optional Modeling Exercise:

Download the program WinPP from http://www.math.pitt.edu/~phase.** Copy the text file methods.ode from the course website. Open methods.ode in winpp.exe and reproduce Figures 4 and 5 in the Methods paper by Sible & Tyson.
