November 22: BLC worksheet posted in Calendar.

Extra credit option: read part of this paper (human genome sequence) or pick another molecular biology paper and write a short summary. You only have to read any 10 pages of this paper.

November 16: Project 6 is posted. Last prelab due on Wednesday!

Monday November 15 we will use a modified miniprep protocol to isolate DNA sequencing quality DNA. Review your plasmid DNA isolation and restriction digestion protocols from Project 3 and we will provide furrther instructions in class.

October 25: key to midterm.
