College of Science Commencement: Winter 2011

The Office of the Dean is pleased to announce the

College of Science Spring Commencement Ceremony
Friday, December 16th, 2011
10:00 am
Centennial Hall
Doors will open at 9:00 am for seating

The program will include individual recognition of each Undergraduate and Graduate degree recipient in attendance. Tickets are required for family and other guests to attend the event, but are free of charge.

We look forward to seeing you and meeting your family and guests at a cookie and punch reception immediately following the ceremony in the Women’s Plaza of Honor.

All students: here are the instructions for RSVP! You must complete this process before Sunday, December 4th, at 11:59 pm.

1. Click on the first link below to start the RSVP process. You will be directed to a survey from Career Services and a second survey from the College of Science. Both surveys should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
2. You will then be taken to the RSVP page. You will be asked to submit a personal message along with your degree, as part of a power point slide presentation given during the ceremony. PLEASE HAVE YOUR 125 (200 for Graduate students) CHARACTER SLIDE MESSAGE READY BEFORE YOU BEGIN the RSVP process!
3. After you have RSVP’d, you can pick your tickets up from Gould Simpson Rm 935 from 2 pm - 5 pm, Tuesdays and Fridays, or 9 am – 12 pm on Thursdays. A staff member will double-check that you have RSVP’d before you can recieve your tickets.
